I wonder what the Vietnamese pharmacist next door is up too? Funny thing is yesterday I saw an individual wearing, USAF military clothes, the camouflage hat and pants, go out to a car parked out front, and got something out of the trunk. I was looking out the window when Jehovah Witnesses knocked before answering. He then looked up at me looking out the window intentionally.
Typically they want victims to know what they are doing hoping the victim will react and sabotage themselves in the games of covert Psy Ops. What they want is to discredit the victim in mobilized, unified efforts during which time, you can bet, the community will say the victim is delusional or they are frightened of the victim. Many poor souls get locked up in psyche wards after this type clever silencing. In most cases the last thing they want are victims in front of courts, judges and juries. They do not want this program publicized or known and will go to great lengths to keep it this way.
Of course this could be totally harmless, observation, and "I must say" likely is. However, admittedly, I was curious in light of the fact that this is a USAF, FBI and LAPD unified effort around me and a program now unified under one umbrella and overseen from counter-terrorism divisions via satellite real time, bogusly trying to silence thousands labelled "Domestic Terrorist" and telling the world about this monstrous program.
Someone asked me, "Would the FBI use neighbor's homes and garages, and their young adult children, or blackmail people into covert service, aka, "slow kill" by beam energy weapons into a victim's home in these operations? You bet they could. This is especially true if anyone runs a business from their garage. The likely threat could even be IRS exposure. However, victims are reporting the use of houses front, back, and both sides as well. The portable technology has a range of 300 meters.
Then to top it off, I get a friend request on FB from someone named Jesus Robles. I had to wonder, if there was any connection with the neighborhood torture many victims report covertly happening around them. Who knows? Under the obvious circumstances, I declined the request. I must say, it could just be a total coincidence.
The fact is, you do have people employed by these agencies targeting many victims who actually live in many neighborhoods before the victim even moves in.

One thing you can count on, I guarantee it after 10 years of this, I am harmless, as proven, as well as are the harmless observations of thousands of victims.
