Key to the truth of what this program is really about is in the denial of a Constitutional Right to “Due Process” and notification. The use of barbaric covert physical torture, and electromagnetic frequency manipulation and influence, using patented technology from a distance to brainwash victims into the goal of these operations is also key. True also is the fact that these efforts are attempting to silence anyone exposing covert, heinous, inhumane suffering and the ruthless machinations that are quietly shattering and destroying human lives, yet again reveal a human test subject agenda with no plans of coming into the open. That is unless the victim can be pushed over the edge or discredited as mentally ill. The last thing those spearheading this program want also is judicial intervention. All cases brought before Freemason judges are dismissed as delusions to include similar types brought by the ACLU and EFF also for various reasons.
The program is cleverly founded on horrendously wrong tactics of which those involved don’t want known or publicized. If a victim is broken down, the cover-up by the controlled media, is set into motion. News reporters are scripted to report that the victim had a history of mental illness which then allows “The Program” to continue to flourish without question. This redirects the public’s attention away from awareness of a program so monstrous most cannot believe it exists much less is a patented capability. However, the awareness and the truth is snowballing today with so many people, within the USA and globally, reporting what is happening. The result is that efforts are amped up equally for disinformation also via reporters.
These facts reveal this program to be an inhumane, illegitimate technology testing program, decades in the making, highly perfected, and disguised as bogus investigations for these reasons. Organized stalking is actually a similar effective tactic used in East Germany known as Mobbing and quite successfully.
At one time the Posse Comitatus Act prevented military involvement within the civilian population, however, today in the “Militarized Police State” and the perpetual state of ongoing wars, everything goes and all level of law enforcement and combined military under one umbrella. The result is that this program has found a vast resource of human guinea pigs.
